The Repair Technician position is a very hands-on role that requires sound troubleshooting skills and excellent time management. Repair Technicians will check-in, inspect, test, and repair a variety of products. Ideal candidates will enjoy finding and reporting root cause failures (both electrical and mechanical), take pride in quality workmanship, and communicate effectively with team members.

POSITION – Repair Technician

STARTING PAY - $20.00

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (7am–3:30pm Mon-Fri)

JOB LOCATION – Prescott, WI

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire

Job duties:

1. Troubleshoot and repair all of Kasco’s product lines.

2. Cross train in multiple work cells to fulfill customer work orders when repair volume is low.

3. Communicate clearly with customer service and the customer facing repair team in the office on progress and details of customer repair orders.

Qualifications:

- able to work in a fast-paced environment

- detail oriented

- team focused

-small engine or electric motor repair experience preferred

-High school Diploma

-1-2 years of related experience
