Position – Sales Support Specialist

Job Location – Plymouth, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1^st Shift (7:30am – 5:00pm)

Starting Pay – Starting at $17.00/hr

Required Education – HSD or equivalent preferred

Required Experience – At least 1 year office support experience

Responsibilities

• Answer emails and phone calls appropriately to assist customers in a timely manner
• Perform instructed research products
• Provide quotes to customers and information to manufacturers
• Complete sales level drawings
• Enter product information and pricing into Excel spreadsheets

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong typing skills
• Detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
