POSITION – Seasonal Production Associate
JOB LOCATION – Eau Claire, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temporary (several months or the rest of 2026), Temp-to-Hire for great employees
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – Day shift (Monday to Thurs, 6am to 4pm)
STARTING PAY – $15 per hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – None
The Production Associate will be working in the frozen pre-pack area of the warehouse. They will be picking orders, wrapping pallets and doing loading and unloading of products.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Must be able to tolerate prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, reaching
- Must be able to frequently lift, bend, move, carry, and pack products.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must not have fake eyelashes, fake nails, and be able to follow GMPs
