Looking for a hands-on Maintenance Set Up Technician who takes pride in keeping equipment running smoothly and minimizing downtime. This is a great opportunity to work in a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment where your mechanical skills and attention to detail will make a real impact every shift.
POSITION – Set Up Tech
JOB LOCATION – Stillwater, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift 7am to 3 pm 2nd
STARTING PAY – $20/hr plus DOE
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Some experience preferred
In this position you will be setting up and trouble shooting machines
Responsibilities
- Responsible for machine operation by observing
- Know emergency shut off procedures for machines
- Keeps end of shift production counts
- Bags product from machines
Qualifications
- Past factory experience is a plus
- Good hand and eye coordination
- Will stand, twist and bend occasionally
