POSITION Administrative Assistant
JOB LOCATION Mequon, WI
STARTING DATE Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 1st Shift (9am-5pm) Mon-Fri
STARTING PAY $19-20/hr
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE At least 2 years of experience

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be supporting a sales team with a variety of administrative duties and projects.

Responsibilities
-Answer phones and give excellent customer service
-Setting appointments and scheduling
-Filing and distributing mail
-Type up contracts and proposals
-Data entry

Qualifications
-MS Office and Excel
-Type 40 WPM
-Data entry experience
-Ability to multi-task
