POSITION Production Worker.
JOB LOCATION Two Rivers, WI.
STARTING DATE Immediate.
EMPLOYMENT TERM Temp-to-hire.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE This is a full-time position.
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 1st shift, 4 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday.
STARTING PAY $16/hour.
REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma/GED.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Safely and efficiently operate related equipment to produce quality mattresses and foundations.
Job Duties:
Properly and safely operate all pneumatic tools, machinery, hand tools and related equipment to assemble finished product.
Inspect all materials to ensure quality and consistency.
Ensure all scraps and other left over materials are recycled or throw away to create a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work in a team environment.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Requires standing for extensive periods of time.
High pace job requiring strength and dexterity.
Must be able to operate pneumatic tools, machinery, and simple hand tools.
