Bagger/Machine Operator

Starting Pay - $18/hr - Wage Progression within 90 days based on productivity/attendance.
Work Schedule - Monday - Thursday 5am-3pm / 4 day work week
Job Location - Plover, WI (Hwy 54)
General production laborer maintains productive, efficient and safe work duties and responsibilities.
Blending/Bagging Line slower pace, must have math skills (+/-/%), ability to understand controls/process flow, needs to be able to identify even slight changes in color and consistency, this line blends products together, forklift skills helpful but will train, sanitation/cleaning tasks, no outside requirements

Duties:
- Run, clean and maintain conveyors, dicer, dryer, hammer mill and bagger.
- Operate forklift
- Load/Unload trucks
- Empty dumpsters
- General maintenance and sanitation
- Assess product for required standards
- Maintain accurate and legible production records
- Report hazardous or unsafe conditions
Qualifications:
- Regularly lift 50lbs
- Forklift experience preferred
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Work in variable weather conditions
- Past attendance and consistent job history a MUST
