Job Description
Work for a well established facility in Saint Paul, be part of one of Saint Paul' s major community partners.
Position Summary
The bookkeeping/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing financial support to our client in accordance with their policies and procedures. They will be responsible for recording, reconciling, auditing, and reporting financial data. This position will also provide back-up front office assistance on an as-needed basis as well as responsibility for editing and printing bulletins.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and disburse payments, input deposits, record journal entries, and complete month and year end reconciliations.
Accurately maintain financial files for year-end auditing.
Reconcile credit card statements while insuring accurate and complete expense reports in a timely manner.
Answer questions and provide spreadsheets/reports related to financial accounts and activity.
Format, review, and print the bulletin and weekly information sheet.
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly, warm, and professional manner.
Provide phone and front office support, copying, mailing, and filing duties as needed.
Qualifications
Proven bookkeeping experience.
Data entry skills with an affinity for numbers.
Proficiency with MS Office 365, including Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, PowerPoint, etc.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Trustworthy, honest, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Proven ability to identify and solve problems, manage time, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Pay Rate - $20hr

Tuesday Thursday (other days may be added on an as needed basis)
Work Hours
9: 00 AM to 4: 00 PM (hours may be extended as needed)
