Calibration Technician
Job Summary
Production Test Technician will calibrate instruments that measure temperature, pressure, torque, flow, electric current, voltage, resistance, physical, and mechanical characteristics for avionics equipment. Using a variety of test procedures, engineering drawings, and electrical schematics to test and trouble shoot integrated unit level assemblies as well as circuit board assemblies down to the component level. Calibration Technician role includes the assembly processes for both unit sub assembly and the final integration of unit level assemblies.
1st Shift - $18-22/hour
Experience Required
Associate degree in Electronic Engineering Technology or similar discipline required.
1-3 years of experience in in-circuit, functional test, and component level troubleshooting on complex circuit card assemblies.
Must have knowledge of digital and analog circuitry and be capable of troubleshooting complex assemblies to the component level.
Must understand written work instructions and comprehend electronic and mechanical drawings and schematics.
