POSITION Die Cast Production Supervisor
JOB LOCATION Germantown, WI
STARTING DATE ASAP
EMPLOYMENT TERM Direct-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 2nd
STARTING PAY $30+/Hour
BENEFITS Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Minimum of five years manufacturing production experience.
Die Cast Production Supervisor will have a hands-on shop position ensuring safety throughout the plant and daily production goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Supervise 4-10 employees in various jobs to achieve safety and production goals.
- Perform set-ups, tooling changes and samples for quality approval.
- Assist personnel in troubleshooting quality issues and machine breakdowns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of manufacturing production experience.
- Die casting or foundry experience would be a plus but not required.
- General knowledge of various plant equipment and of an ISO quality system.
