Distribution Assistant - Evening Shift - Sun Prairie, WI
Position Distribution Assistant
Job Location Sun Prairie, WI
Starting Date As soon as possible
Employment Term Contract to Hire
Employment Type Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) Evening Shift (6: 00pm - 6: 00am)
Starting Pay $19.00+ /hr on Evening Shift

Required Education High School Diploma/GED
Distribution Department:
Material Handler FINISHING DEPT (the items listed reflect management s
assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be
assigned):
1. Supply all finishing equipment with product from the presses.
2. Remove finished product from end of finishing equipment and place into the
Distribution Area.
3. Remove finished goods inventory from the finishing equipment and place into the
Finished Goods Inventory.
4. Load and unload products from trucks.
5. Understands proper safety procedures regarding the operation of forklifts.
6. Maintain a clean and safe work area within the warehouse and behind all finishing
equipment, i.E., full gaylords, etc.
7. Bale waste bins/assist in the bailer rooms.
8. Understand and comply with safety procedures regarding the operation of the
equipment and the organizational policies.
9. Participate in, support and drive 5S and lean activities in the finishing department.

1. Supply the web and sheet fed presses with paper; meeting stop time goals.
2. Load and unload products from trucks.
3. Ensure that roll stock and sheet fed inventory is accurate, following first-in/first-out practices.
4. Bale waste bins/assist in the bailer rooms.
5. Remove finished product from end of presses and place into the WIP/Finished Goods Zone.
6. Make sure partial rolls and sheet fed are placed back into designation location.
7. Understands proper safety procedures regarding the operation of forklifts.
8. Maintain a clean and safe work area within the warehouse and behind all presses, i.E.,
plates, gaylords, etc.
9. Meet damage and inventory goals.
10. Understand and comply with safety procedures regarding the operation of the equipment
and the organizational policies.
11. Participate in, support and drive 5S and lean activities in the finishing department.
