Job Description
Our growing Mayville client is looking to add an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to their team. In this position you will be setting up and operating the press, be able to work independently, excellent math skills in all forums, and a great attitude! If you have extensive machine operating experience that will also help with your success in this position.

JOB LOCATION Mayville, WI

EMPLOYMENT TERM Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 1st Shift (5-3: 30pm)
STARTING PAY $19+ based on experience
BENEFITS Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE See qualifications
Job Duties:
- Setting up and operating machine, label making equipment, to include printing press, die-cutting machines, turret rewind machines
- Maintains machinery in good working condition by performing routine and scheduled maintenance
- Troubleshoot and make machinery adjustments
- Other job duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma preferred or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years printing operations in a manufacturing environment
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Must be able to use hand tools
- Experience with operating and setting up machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment is required
