POSITION Floor Installation Crew Member
JOB LOCATION Johnson Creek, WI (Various Locations around Wisconsin)
STARTING DATE Start as soon as TOMORROW!
EMPLOYMENT TERM Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 1st Shift (6: 00am-5: 00pm)
STARTING PAY $18.00+ per hour
BENEFITS Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Responsibilities
Small construction company who installs and finishes sports floors / gymnasium floors is seeking flooring technicians who can work responsibly and efficiently to recoat, sand and finish, paint or install gym floors this summer. Carpentry experience a plus, but willing to train.
Install and finish sports flooring and we are seeking a flooring technician who can work responsibly and efficiently to recoat, sand and finish, paint or install gym floors. Carpentry experience is a plus, but willing to train. Some out of town stays required. Valid driver' s license and willingness to take a drug test is necessary. Wage is based on experience and crew placed on (painting, recoat, sand and finish, install).
Pay rate at $18/hour for this position. Specific job duties for this summer include, but not limited to: edging, painting, applying finish and basic construction aptitude. They must be able to bend over, lift and carry. As time goes on, this person would eventually learn other tasks including gym floor installation and riding sanding machines.
