POSITION SMT Operator
JOB LOCATION Menomonee Falls, WI
STARTING DATE Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM Temp to hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 1st Shift (7: 00am 3: 30pm)
STARTING PAY $17.50 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE At least 2 years of experience
As a SMT Operator, you will be responsible for everyday machine operations with SMT line start up and shut down. You are also responsible for verification of run and first article inspections and much more!
Responsibilities
-Day to day machine operations
-SMT Line start up and shut down
-Perform all required SPC, must be able to react properly to results from SPC
Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Math skills, basic number skills
-Must be able to read, interpret, and consistently follow drawings
