Position Machine Operator
Job Location Cudahy, WI
Starting Date Immediate
Employment Term Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type Full-time
Work Hours (Shift) 2nd Shift (3: 00 pm 11: 00 pm)
Starting Pay $15.00
Benefits Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience Technical capacity, ethical conduct, and a good attitude
You will be responsible for the operation, set-up and trouble-shooting of the dipping machines while following proper quality control procedures.
Responsibilities
- Set up various tools on your machine.
- Monitor output for any defects and reject any non-conforming parts.
- Troubleshoot, train, and assist when issues arise
- Make sure production continues to deliver maximum output at the highest quality.
- Work overtime as needed.
Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Regular and consistent attendance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and with a team
