Position Machine Operator
Job Location Oconomowoc, WI
Starting Date 05/15/2023
Employment Term Contract to Hire
Employment Type Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) 1st Shift (6: 00am 4: 00pm) 2nd Shift (3: 00pm - 1: 00am)
Starting Pay $17.50 on 1st Shift. $19.00 on 2nd Shift
Benefits Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience Manufacturing and Machine Operation Experience
Loading/Unloading Pre-Set CNC Wood Cutting Machines. Checking/Inspecting finished parts for quality. Cleaning off machine and cutting area with air hoses. Keeping work area organized and clean. Complete/Update Order Paperwork Able to float throughout department to do various tasks like: - Assembly - Palletizing - Warehouse
Operating Pre-Set CNC Machines.
Quality Part inspections using basic hand gages.
De-burring parts / operating manual machines.
Responsibilities [3-5 Bullet Points ex: Mount, install, align and secure tools and attachments]
Quality Part inspections using basic hand gages
De-burring parts / operating manual machines
Basic understanding of dimensions and tolerances
Qualifications [3-5 Bullet Points ex: High School Diploma or equivalent ]
Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED.
A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more.
A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
