POSITION Machine Operator
JOB LOCATION Port Washington, WI
STARTING DATE Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM Regular, Temporary-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 2nd Shift (3: 30 p.M. 1: 30 a.M.)
STARTING PAY Depends on Experience
BENEFITS Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE At least 2 years of experience
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the punch press is running correctly and that there is enough material for the job.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks to ensure the product is up to standard.
- Hit quotas that are established at the beginning of the shift.
- Ensure the correct material is being used.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience is preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to work overtime as necessary.
- Must possess high standards for quality and strong attention to detail.
