Required Experience At least 2 years of experience

This position is responsible for the clerical tasks associated with the Marketing Department. The ideal candidate for this position possesses strong organizations skills, computer skills and is both creative and disciplined. You will work closely with the General Manager, Sales Manager, Outside Sales and Service to understand current marketing efforts and make improvements in how our company is represented to the outside world via our website and other media. You will also serve as a backup to the Service Coordinator. Our Company also emphasizes and coaches a Team approach to problem solving throughout the organization.

- Working with General Manager to create and maintain consistent branding of products, services and ethics
- Updating website content (products, careers, new business, featured projects)
- Updating website visual appeal and layout
- Taking still photos and video of current jobs and filing raw files in an organized manner for future editing and updates
- Editing and updating videos and content on YouTube page
- Create a LinkedIn posts to exhibit featured products and projects
- Cross linking website to YouTube videos, LinkedIn, and other forms of social media
- Managing all aspects of exhibiting at trade shows, including: organizing and documenting team meetings, managing development of new display materials, reserving and purchasing show floor space and services, hyping upcoming show through social media, making travel arrangements for set up crew and sales team, tracking and reporting all costs, drive Outside Sales to follow up on all leads generated, and send thank you e-mails to leads

- Previous experience in Marketing role
- Previous experience in Web development
- Basic AutoCAD skills
- Manufacturing background
