Job Description

Receiving Responsibilities:
1 Sign for all packages entering the building
2 Check the contents of each package. Verify that all parts listed on the pack list are present and in good condition. Compare the pack list against the ATC PO and check off all parts that have been received on the PO.
3 Put all parts away in their proper location.
4 Keep track of all late parts and when they are due in.
Kitting Responsibilities:
1 Use a BOM to create a kit from ATC inventory containing all the parts needed to build a particular job
2 Report any short parts to the purchasing department
3 Sign off on the WIP when kitting is complete and release to the production floor.
General Inventory Responsibilities:
1 Maintain an accurate record of inventory at ATC in accordance with the QMS System.
2 Ensure that all parts are stored in an appropriate manner. Keep consigned inventory separate from the rest of the general inventory.
3 Organize and store inventory so that it can be easily and quickly retrieved when needed.
4 Collect all the inventory returned to the materials area from the production floor and return it to its proper location.
5 Keep any ON-HOLD inventory neatly labeled and isolated from the rest of the general inventory.
Qualifications: (Education, Training, Skills, and Experience)
1 High school diploma or equivalent required.
2 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
3 Ability to work independently, organize, multitask and interpret priorities.
4 Ability to pay attention to details and be thorough.
5 Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
6 Proficient in Word, Excel and Access.
7 Working knowledge of ATC ERP system preferred.
8 Completion of a Visual Acuity Test and Color Blindness according to the Visual Acuity Testing Policy.
Performance Metrics:
1 Performance metric requirements and measurables are listed on the Q41FN Quality Policy and Quality Objectives for global manufacturing quality objectives and on the individual Q45FN Turtle Diagram/Process Mapping for KPIs (Key Process Indicators) each specific manufacturing area / line.
  Physical Parameters:
1 Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for long periods.
2 Must be able to bend over and look into a microscope for extended periods of time.
3 Must stay awake for duration of shift.
4 Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs. Must be able to move, push, and pull weights up to 50 lbs. Unassisted.
5 Must be able to bend over and reach above head.
Visual acuity meets or exceeds 20/25 and the ability to pass color blindness testing.
