POSITION Electrical and Mechanical Piece Part Assembly
JOB LOCATION Prescott, WI
STARTING DATE Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 1st Shift (7am 3: 30pm Mon-Fri)
STARTING PAY - $18.00/hour
BENEFITS Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 6 months of warehouse experience preferred
Production associates work together in a fast-paced environment to build a quality product through assembly of electrical and mechanical components in accordance with standard work instructions
Tasks may include:
- piece part assembly
- soldering of electrical connections
- quality checks
- packaging
Qualifications:
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
- self-motivation
- detail oriented
- team focused
- eagerness to contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, and productivity
