1st shift - M - Friday 6am to 2pm
2nd shift - M - Thurs 2pm to midnight
3rd shift Sun - Thurs 10pm to 6am
Located in Appleton

Objectives/Expectations of Position:
- Operate assigned bindery equipment/ machinery such as Folders, Trimmers, Die Cutters, Stitchers etc. As required and assist with shipping/delivery duties if needed.
- To maintain the highest quality standards according to customers standards.
- Should be able to lift 50- 75 pounds.
- Position requires ability to stand for lengthy periods of time, ability to bend and squat as required.
- Ensure that the objectives of the corporation are being met with the utmost efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to follow production schedule and suggest if a more efficient means to accomplish tasks
- Follow proper procedure in Data Collection and check time sheet at end of shift for accuracy
- Run/Operate various bindery / finishing equipment as required.
- Responsible for assisting Bindery Team Leader with preventative maintenance on all bindery/finishing equipment as needed.
