Position Quality Technician
Job Location Green Bay, WI
Starting Date Immediate
Employment Term Regular, Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) 1st Shift (5: 30am 2: 00pm)
Starting Pay $20.00 per hour
Benefits Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing
As a quality technician, you will be responsible for the daily execution of quality processes as assigned in support of planning, inventory, shipping & receiving, and direct production.
Responsibilities
-Inspection of products including: first and last article inspection, hourly quality checks, and material verification
-Ability to place and remove product based on inspection
-Documentation of product and inspection
-Maintain communication to meet schedule production requirements
-Learn customer specific tools and processes, specifications, needs measurement tools, inventory control systems, computer software and assist with training
-Support operational function such as planning, inventory, shipping & receiving, and direct production
-Promote and practice safety, housekeeping and other good manufacturing practices.
Qualifications
-Ability to lift to 50lbs
-Previous QA experience preferred
-Able to use and read measurement tools
-Communication is key in this role, both written and verbal
