Repairing small motorized conveyor rollers that move products down production lines, they have motors/circuit boards inside. Repairing a roller to get bearings out, using hydraulic press or pulling with arms (physical work no more than 25lbs) Also pull out circuit board, pulling out fine wires, running diagnostic processes. Someone who is comfortable using a magnifying glass to look at small parts. The circuit boards in the rollers are about the size of a finger. Replacing circuit boards, or just clean them up, they can get dirty from running that much cardboard over them, replacing any parts. Put it back together in a very specific order, tune the roller to run/roll properly before closing it back up.

All the processes of repair will be 100% trained on by Bryant Products. Work is repetitive, once you learn it you' ll know it like the back of your hand. A good candidate enjoys coming to work knowing what they' re doing everyday, can do the same kinds of activities and work each day.

Repair Technician:
We need one (1) person to start but his business could need three or four more people in the near future.
Immediate full-time (would prefer temp to FT through SEEK)
Ideally interview this week, start next week.
Need to have the ability to do fine wire manipulations.
o Both under a microscope as we all in the open
Must be able to learn:
o Need to disassemble the motorized roller in a certain order.
o Need to learn how to clean, inspect and repair parts as required.
o Need to reassemble in a specific order.
o Need to learn how to tune a roller for optimum performance in the field.
o None of this is rocket science, but high accuracy is critical for in field performance to grow this business.
Must be able to lift 25+ pounds.
Must be detail oriented.
We need a person who is OK doing repetitive tasks each day.
We are open on work schedule. They could start as early as 5am, no later than 8am.
They can work 4 10-hour days or 5 8-hour days.
Overtime may be available in this department or others.
