POSITION Retail Counter Salesperson
JOB LOCATION Port Washington, WI
STARTING DATE Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM Temp-to-Hire and Long-Term Temporary
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 1st Shift 8am-5pm
STARTING PAY $15+ per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE At least 1 year of customer service
We are looking for an experienced individual to join the team as a Retail Counter Salesperson. You will need to be an enthusiastic, detail oriented person who can listen and work with customers to answer their questions and resolve their concerns. You will work with both walk in and internet based customers. This position is based in an auto recycling center and you may assist with stocking and inventory.
Responsibilities
** Answering customer calls and messages regarding availability, fitment, and basic functionality
** Working with our walk-in (retail) customers
** Utilize our POS system
** Updating customer information in our computer system
** Processing product returns
** Meeting customers for product pickup (at our location)
** Customer outreach for shipping services
** Invoicing of all purchases
** Posting and promoting our products online
** Repricing and repositioning of products for sales
Qualifications
** High levels of customer service skills
** Excellent organization and prioritization abilities
** Excellent computer skills
** Basic knowledge of automotive parts
** Drivers License
