Work Hours (Shift) 1st Shift (5: 50am - 2: 00pm) Monday - Friday, Must train on 3rd (9: 50pm-10: 00am) Sunday - Thursday
Starting Pay $21.48 per hour

Required Education High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience At least 2 years of experience
Working as team to clean and sanitize all surfaces of production areas.
Responsibilities
Operate within safety and quality standards, good manufacturing practices (GMP s) and adherence to job specifications, policies and procedures.
Ensure proper PPE is utilized.
Responsible for reading, comprehending the job standards, meeting the quality standards and specifications for sanitation (chemical concentrations, time & temperature, cleaning times, flow rate, etc.)
Sanitation Technician will monitor the C.I.P. Operation to ensure that the cleaning was completed to the specifications and documented.
Technician will communicate effectively with Management in regards to equipment issues, Food Safety issues, quality issues, safety issues and sanitation not meeting requirements.
Assist in inventory of chemicals, cleaning supplies and parts required.
Inspect sanitation work and follow up as appropriate to ensure that all operating and sanitation standards have been met to ensure a safe and effective on time start of production and processing equipment.
Delivers and meets expectations and results set for the position.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years previous sanitation experience required; with experience in Food and Beverage industry preferred.
Required to fully comply with Quality Management System Policies and Procedures and Food Safety Management requirements.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Must be able to effectively communicate, read, write and comprehend instructions and procedures in English.
Ability to prioritize workload and accommodate shift in daily priorities based on the needs of the business.
Ability to demonstrate a high attention to detail.
Ability to demonstrate a high sense of urgency and be proactive in addressing problems as they arise.
Ability to calculate and understand basic math and simple formulas including but not limited to: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and averages.
Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, cultivating a culture of trust, accountability, collaboration and teamwork.
Must attain Food Safety Training (Qualified Individual)
