Position Service Writer
Job Location Green Bay
Starting Date Immediate
Employment Term Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) 1st Shift (7: 00am 3: 30pm) OT Mandatory
Starting Pay $19.00 + Depending on Experience
Benefits Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education High School Diploma/GED Preferred
Required Experience At least 3 years of experience Preferred
Work closely with service techs and parts to efficiently resolve customer request with precise estimates for competed jobs.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs to relay to the service technicians
- Communicate with techs for reasonable solutions
- Price labor and parts for estimates
- Receive signed agreements to proceed with repairs
- Monitor and relay repairs with customers
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted occasionally
- Excellent customer service both written and verbally in person or by phone
- Ability to learn
- Proficient with computers
