Employment Term Temp to Hire
Employment Type Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) 1st Shift and 2nd shift (6: 00am-6pm) (6: 00pm to 6am)
Starting Pay $20 P/hour plus night shift differential bonus upon hire-on
Benefits Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience Sit down fork lift experience preferred
Job overview
Utility operator is responsible for hand wrapping or operating a stretch wrap machine. This position is very fast paced and requires the employee to balance priorities while achieving positive results in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity .
Responsibilities/Job Description
- Palletize cartons utilizing a vacuum lift
- Operate pallet stretch wrap machine
- Operate forklift
- Perform quality checks to assure product meets company s quality expectations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of light industrial experience, preferred.
- Basic computer, math and measuring skills
- Minimum 6 months forklift experience
- Ability to lift, move, push and pull up to 50lbs
