POSITION Welder
JOB LOCATION Bloomington, MN
STARTING DATE Immediately
EMPLOYMENT TERM Direct Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 2nd Shift, (3: 45 PM to 2: 15 AM)
STARTING PAY 24/HR Plus -DOE
BENEFITS Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 1-3 years of prior welding
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effective performance requires a working knowledge of jobs and work flow in your
assigned department
Detail orientation, eye and hand coordination, mechanical ability
Thorough understanding and set up ability for equipment and tools throughout the assigned
department
Advanced understanding of sheet metal and its properties
Advanced blue print reading
Knowledge of production processes and production flow
Must be able to work from job ticket,
QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced blueprint reading
Advanced inspection experience
Setup experience specific to department or equipment
Understanding of Material Properties including Flatness, Surface Grades, Types, Gauge etc.
Appropriate communication skills (Read, Write, Speak, Listen)
